In this role, you'll be responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of the IT helpdesk via phone, email, instant messaging, and face-to-face. You'll create, update, and resolve tickets and contribute to knowledgebase content. You'll work with Tier I, II, and III teams to resolve technical issues.
You'll work with desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, VPNs, basic phone setup and cell phone initialization.
