This is a senior-level legal counsel position which is primarily responsible and accountable for the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts with certain clients and business partners. In addition to the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, this position will provide legal advice and counsel to the Company's strategic business units (SBUs) and functional units.
