This is a senior-level legal counsel position which is primarily responsible and accountable for the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts with certain clients and business partners. In addition to the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, this position will provide legal advice and counsel to the Companys strategic business units (SBUs) and functional units. The ideal candidate will have deep contracting expertise, substantial experience supporting global clinical trials, outstanding legal and business acumen, excellent leadership and customer service skills, and a positive can-do attitude.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
