Softworld, Inc. client is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of application deployments and services within our client's application environments. In this role the Technical Project Coordinator will own and drive activities including the planning, scheduling, and coordination of systems work on our client's application environments. This role involves frequent interaction with the Deployment, Implementation, and Technical Support teams. Beyond the required project coordination skills, this role also requires a solid knowledge of the client's application architecture, as well as the client's overall client application computing infrastructure.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
Go through the systems case queue and schedule cases based on requested delivery date
Coordinate last minute schedule changes with client and internal resources
Coordinate the entire deployment process starting from Initiation, Planning and Delivery through to Transition and Review
Oversee and manage the progress of projects, Communicate progress, manage expectations of, relevant stakeholders
Interface with other project managers and related department in the customer's organization.
Build templates for frequently executed tasks, and review and update template with stake holders
Survey customer on quality of service delivery and appropriate action from feedback.
Perform post project reviews with team members on project outcomes.
Manage additional system focused project initiatives as requested.
Required Skills:
Prior experience in health care industry
Experience using CRM software- Salesforce.com
Background in IT projects using various development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile or Scrum.
Has performed business analysis functions to assist in gathering and documenting requirements.
Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

years of Technical Project coordination experience in a fast paced environment.
Self-starter with ability to conceive of and accept responsibility for projects and see them through to completion, must be able to work as individual contributor and to contribute as part of a larger team
Highly motivated individual
Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and multiple tasks
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
