Job Description Olympus is currently offering not only inspection equipment such as industrial endoscopes (RVI) and non- destructive testing (NDT) equipment, but also software solutions centered on cloud and IoT technologies that provide total support for inspection workflows for our customer. We are looking for a high degree of software engineer who can take charge of the development and operation of the service for each inspection application and its software platform, Olympus Scientific Cloud (OSC). This job needs to be carried out by collaborating with other departments including Upstreaming marketing and Sales in providing quick robust system solutions. SPA based web applications using frameworks such as .Net/Java /NodeJs (for backend) Angular/React (Typescript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) for frontend. Design and implement Microservice based API services using PaaS infrastructure provided by cloud platform vendor like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google CP. Support customers who use the services and applications mainly for industrial endoscopes. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science. Minimum of 8
years' of industry experience as a professional developer in designing and implementing cloud- based systems or connected solutions including minimum of 3 years' experience programming in C# or C+
using frameworks such as .Net core. Minimum of 3 years' experience programming in some or all the following languages Typescript/Javascript, HTML, CSS, using frameworks such as Angular/React. PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Practical experience in full-stack cloud development to build SPA, RestFul APIs and micro-services and deploy them in Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms. Microsoft Azure is most preferable. Practical experience and familiar with agile methodologies and iterative development concept.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
