Summary:
We seek a multifaceted Finance professional with excellent analytic and interpersonal skills to join the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP) team supporting the Chief Financial Officer's (CFO) Office and senior leadership team. You will be a key member of the business team supporting internal and external reporting activities, analysis of total company results, review of internal forecasts, and support of Quarterly Guidance and Long-term Modeling for communicating to the external investor community.In this role the Sr. Finance Manager will own and drive analytics for monthly and quarterly results and outlook to support Company Leadership Team (CLT), CEO Leadership Summits, Earnings Calls and Investor Analyst Meetings. Being part of a team where collaboration is key, you will get a clear understanding of the total company structure (products and Divisional relationships), Corporate FP reporting requirements to support the CFO office, and the reporting / messaging to our investors.Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform quarterly EBITA analysis for company and segments to understand drivers of margin performance like Price, Productivity, Investments, Inflation, Volume, and Mix. Present results directly to the company CFO each quarterManage the actuals reporting, forecasting, and Annual Operating Planning of capital expenditures (CAPEX). Prepare consolidated quarterly report on CAPEX with commentary and business highlights for leadershipProvide analytic support for the company's bonus/annual incentive plan calculationsPrepare quarterly Product Vitality (PV) report for senior leadership and work closely with the businesses to maintain strict standards around PV reportingProvide valuable analytics that highlight key trends, variances, forecasts, and anticipatory analysis, including monthly analysis of below-the-line items like Interest cost, non-operating FX, share count, etc.Act as a key liaison with divisional financial leaders regarding compliance with corporate FP requirements including timely and accurate submissionsSupport end-to-end analysis & reviews of:
Specific supporting requirements for Quarterly Earnings Calls including Interest and Other income, Capital Expenditure, Working Capital, Free Cash Flow, and Return on Invested CapitalDevelopment and presentation of material that drives standardization across a global company including CAPEX, Product Vitality, Productivity Schedule, and Budgeting templatesSupport the preparation of letters, financials, and presentations for the Board of DirectorsProvide support for total company long-term strategic model and quarterly guidanceProvide QC support of reporting and analytics that go into the Earnings release packageCoach and mentor summer intern and junior FP team membersMinimum Education and
Experience:

years of meaningful work experience in a finance role within an operating businessBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business-related field required; MBA, CPA desired Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate and articulate business impact in financial termsCritical attention to detail and accuracy with a penchant for actionStrong Excel and modeling skills. Be willing to learn programming languages like VBA and visualization tools like Power BI to transform financial data and analysisStrong skills and solid understanding of HFM / CMR / PLN or equivalent financial programStrong communication skills with ability to work with key members of the corporate executive team and the finance leadership teamAble to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
