As an IT Support Specialist at 6 River Systems, you will support 6RS team members, providing one-on-one in-person, virtual, and remote support and education for hardware and software.
This role is located in the greater Boston area.
The job:
Provide a high level of technical support to our end users daily Setup and deploy end users computers and peripherals Resolve hardware, software, educational incidents Participate in onboarding and training new RIVs joining our 6RS teams Coordinate and collaborate with teams across 6RS and Shopify to drive issue resolution Adhere to 6RS and Shopify security policies and best practices Update and maintain hardware and software inventories Virus and malware remediation Were looking for a Service Desk Engineer with:
