Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Accounting Analyst gathers, monitors, analyzes and reports financial and brand related data to divisional and corporate management teams.

Job Description Responsible for preparing journal entries in support of the period close process.
Responsible for reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts, including researching and correcting account discrepancies.
Assists the team with periodic reconciliations and reports for the brands within the company including rebates, royalties, accounts payable, prepaid assets, accrued miscellaneous, travel, and other ad hoc items.
Assists with consolidation of period-, quarter- and year-end results.
Communicates with business partners for general accounting matters.
Prepares schedules and reports for auditors quarterly and at year-end.
Provides support on projects for management.
Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
