Your Role Leadership and Team Management Provide strong leadership to the existing operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee day-to-day operations, setting clear goals and expectations for the team members.
Mentor and guide team members in their professional development and career growth.
SaaS Operations Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our SaaS platform, managing system uptime, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SaaS delivery and user experience.
Infrastructure Management Manage both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure to meet the demands of our SaaS platform.
Oversee capacity planning and scalability initiatives to accommodate business growth.
Monitoring and Observability Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions to proactively identify and address issues.
Utilize monitoring data to drive continuous improvement of system performance and stability.
Incident Response Develop and refine incident response procedures to efficiently address and resolve incidents with minimal service disruption.
Lead incident response efforts during critical events, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
Security Collaborate with leadership and IT team to design, implement, and maintain security controls to safeguard our SaaS platform.
Oversee security operations, including incident detection, response, and recovery.
Automation and Tooling Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Identify opportunities for tooling enhancements and work towards building a robust toolset.
Your Experience 7
years working inSaaS operations roles.

years in an operations leadership role supervising the work of others.
Network Operations Center (NOC) or operations group responsible for 24/7 support.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing standard operation procedures.
Exposure to both cloud and self-hosted operations Excellent scripting and automation skills using - Python, Puppet, bash, etc.
Designed, implement,and used monitoring solutions to support incident identification and troubleshooting.
Deep knowledge of Linux, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL and related technologies.
Thorough knowledge ofDNS and CDN technology helpful.
Bonus Experience DevOps Encourage collaboration between development and operations teams to foster a DevOps culture.
Explore opportunities to automate deployment processes and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
Project Management Assist in project planning and execution to ensure timely and successful delivery of various initiatives.
