Waltham, MA (free parking!) Monday - Friday 8:

Under direct supervision, cleans and sanitizes counters, tray lines, food wells, appliances and equipment in Main Kitchen work space and according to specific schedule.
2.
Reads and records temperature of appropriate food and equipment daily.
3.
Washes dishes, silverware, trays and serving equipment using dish machine and three bay sink.
4.
Under supervision, monitors sanitation and food handling, storage and temperature to ensure compliance with established codes and standards.
5.
Assists in the preparation of service areas at the start and end of each meal period following established schedules.
6.
Turns on equipment and measures, tests and distributes sanitation solutions.
7.
Arranges, straightens and cleans dining tables, chairs and counters.
8.
Under direct supervision, maintains and sanitizes food service equipment, work stations and service areas.
9.
Monitors and reports equipment in need of repair of replacement.
Maintains related logs and records.
Physical requirements:
Frequently lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting and carrying objects weighing 11 to 20 pounds.
o Frequently stooping and bending, sitting and standing.
o Frequently reaching and grasping objects below, at, and above shoulder level.
o Regularly pushing and/or pulling non-motorized equipment e.
g.
, stretcher, food cart, mop, etc.

o Regularly grasping and fine manipulation with hands.
o Regularly proofreading and checking documents for accuracy.
