Job Purpose To lead a team with responsibility for delivering critical finance, benefit realization and reporting outcomes for AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) and other key US Customer programs.
Key Accountabilities Operate as a Finance and Benefits Manager, leading a team of cross-disciplined leads and analysts.
Support team in strategic delivery of Finance, Benefit realisation and reporting outcomes Collaborate and manage department and program budget processes and hold VPs & Directors accountable for adherance to plans Work in conjunction with program leaders, SMEs & business stakeholders to define and deliver effective benefit realisation plans.
Set the framework and processes across all programs to ensure consistency in the reporting structure.
Consistently work with the team and program leadership to improve the reporting cadence Provide leadership support for business and IT VPs and Directors.
Support and develop a team of high-performing and diverse individuals, facilitating team growth and development.
Manage OPEX and CAPEX expenditures against program budgets.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required Strong leadership skills with demonstrated delivery focus Demonstrated ability in relationship/stakeholder management to ensure mutually beneficial business outcomes Demonstrated desire to develop new leaders and delegate effectively Solid understanding of finance and business processes with strong facilitation skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent working experience in relevant business focus preferred Strong finance and planning skills with experience of being responsible for significant program budgets Financial planning and reporting experience is required, understanding business planning process preferred Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
Experience with Jira for Agile project management preferred More Information Salary $122,000 - $140,000 a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
