Position SummaryThe Vice President, Market Access/Payer Relations is responsible for developing relationships with payers and focuses on establishing collaborations with assigned payer accounts.
Developing strategies for payer adoption and coverage of BostonGene's products.
This role ensures that the company can optimize national payer coverage and value-based payments by establishing long-range plans, strategies, and programs to ensure the attainment of effective coverage and reimbursement for BostonGene products and services.
Primary Responsibilities Initiates and is responsible for the development, communication and implementation of effective national payer growth strategies and processes Focuses specifically on attaining engagement and developing collaborations with payers within the United States Flawless presentation of BostonGene's value proposition and movement through the payer sales cycle Develops and maintains strategic relationships with payers and focuses on establishing collaborations including but not limited to CDx, CED agreements, value-based agreements, demonstration projects Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the reimbursement status of regional payer targets Evaluates, plans, develops, implements and directs BostonGenes reimbursement function and performance Represents the firm with payer clients, healthcare policymakers, society organizations, patient advocates and other key stakeholders that make or influence reimbursement decisions Designs and executes innovative collaborations with various payer types in order to promote the adoption of BostonGenes products Qualifications 5
years of strong reimbursement-related industry experience Contracts and negotiation experience including the ability to hit the ground running with existing relationships Proven ability to think outside the box in order to move BostonGene's payer value proposition forward toward the achievement of innovative collaborations, policy coverage and broad inclusion Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team Flexible and able to multitask, working within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment entrepreneurial environment EducationBachelor's degree in business or related field Recommended Skills Contract Management Customer Value Proposition Entrepreneurship Financial Management Human Resources Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
