Join our dedicated team today and be a part of something truly rewarding! Responsibilities Perform administrative reviews to ensure compliance and adherence to established protocols.
Produce comprehensive action plans for investigations.
Monitor the CRT process conducted by DDS field staff, ensuring completion within specified timelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Facilitate regular meetings with Program Monitors and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and effective problem-solving.
Assess trends and patterns emerging from monitoring activities, reporting findings to the Regional Director for process improvement.
Monitor the Incident Management system in the Home and Community Service Information System (HCSIS) for accurate and timely data entry.
Act as a liaison between the Area Office, DDS Investigations Unit, and Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC) investigations unit, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
Complete the request for reconsideration of administrative reviews in collaboration with DDS Senior Investigator.
Serve as a valuable resource for DDS area offices and staff, providing necessary training and support.
Contribute to the Regional Mortality Review Committee, engaging in critical discussions to improve services and outcomes.
Requirements Minimum of four (4) years of human services experience.
The following substitutions may apply:
Bachelors degree = 2 years of experience (Human Services degree preferred) Graduate degree = 3 years of experience Proven highly effective organizational skills.
Strong conflict resolution, ensuring effective resolution of challenges and fostering positive working relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with data management and Microsoft Excel.
