About The Role To improve the commercial performance and customer satisfaction of the Electric business, through strategically deploying regulatory allowances for maximum customer and business benefit; delivering regulatory submissions for capital trackers that maximize recovery; identifying and influencing opportunities for enhanced commercial and customer performance, and new revenue generating products and services, and ensuring the business is operating to maximum efficiency.
Key Accountabilities As part of this critical role your accountabilities will include:
Developing and implementing an overall commercial strategy for NE Electric The development of commercial strategies, and negotiations with regulators to secure maximum recovery of capital investment associated with capital trackers.
Being accountable for providing expert commercial advice across all aspects of the NE Electric business, including procurement, contract management, construction and operations, supply chain management etc.
Identifying and influencing opportunities for enhanced commercial and customer performance, and new revenue generating products and services Being a key member of Electric Executive, shaping business strategy, advocating purpose, and collectively leading on people, culture, and engagement About You We are looking for experienced candidates who possess the following:
A sound commercial knowledge and experience in a range of commercial settings An understanding of customer needs both current and in future electrification, including products, services, contracts, commercial processes, and legal / financial arrangements A good understanding of US energy markets and regulation Committed people leader with track record of nurturing talent and increasing engagement Senior stakeholder management, influence, and engagement Leading business change effectively within a complex organisation / programme or project More Information This role is based in New England, US.

Base Salary between $216,000 - $324,000 per year.
Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
