The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Shift Hours:
Variable; 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
(Including 2 Saturdays per month) Hours of Operation:
9AM - 7PM Monday -Friday, Saturday 9-5 Salary:
Competitive salary and benefits package Responsibilities Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers Provide accurate, valid and complete information Take the extra mile to engage customers Provide excellent customer service, helping customers with questions, locating items and providing guidance on supplements, health & beauty and related products both in store and over the phone Ring cash register/maintain accurate cash crawler, process checks, credit and debit cards and gift cards, including ringing prescriptions and hanging them when finished.
Place items in bags/envelopes with ice.
Balance cash drawers nightly.
Maintain accurate customer records at the register, enter new patients into POS system.
Help prepare store for opening/closing by turning on/off lights and bringing in/out the open sign, closing/opening windows and locking/unlocking doors Maintains in-depth knowledge of vitamins, supplements and other health and beauty items in the department Maintains proper product assortment, merchandising and inventory control to avoid out of stocks, overstocks; assures control accuracy and accountability of department invoices and expenses Ensures all inferior out of code products are removed from the selling floor Prepares, packages, stocks stores and displays merchandise appropriately Maintains safe and clean work environment Complies with all regulatory and company rules and regulations and sanitation standards Performs other duties as assigned by store manager or supervisor Assist team with research and acquisition of special order items Skills Strong knowledge of vitamins and supplements and a passion for holistic health Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Outstanding customer service skills Excellent communication and presentation skills High school degree Job Type:
