We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector.

The Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project milestones, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and timelines.
Coordinate project activities across multiple departments, including Research & Development, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Effectively communicate project goals, expectations, and updates to team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources and resolve conflicts to meet project objectives.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Proactively assess and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to facilitate the preparation of regulatory submissions and responses.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders on financial status and forecasts.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.
g.
, MBA, PMP certification) is a plus.
