Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various products - Utilize knowledge of wireless and electronics sales to recommend suitable products to customers - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy - Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering customer calls and addressing their concerns - Bilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in wireless or electronics sales, is preferred - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide exceptional customer service - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment - Attention to detail when conducting product demos and explaining product features - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals Note:
