As change manager, you will focus on the people side of transformation implementation by analyzing the effects of change on business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structuresAs a change manager, you'll work across the organization to help design and deliver strategies that realize transformation goals and increase benefit realization and ROI.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging information-gathering sessions with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define the overall change strategy, including objectives, scope, and desired outcomesDeveloping comprehensive change management plans that outline specific steps, timelines, and resource requirements for successful implementationIdentifying potential risks associated with changes and developing effective mitigation strategiesCreating and executing tailored communication and engagement plans to address the unique needs and concerns of different stakeholder groupsDesigning and developing compelling communication materials to support change management plan deliverables (e.

, presentations, speaking points, working sessions, and design training materials)Defining key performance indicators to assess the success and effectiveness of change initiatives and monitor progress, gather feedback, and make data-driven adjustmentsReviewing and enhancing change management processes continuously based on lessons learned and industry best practicesCore Strengths and SkillsAt least three years of experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives and knowledge of, change management principles, methodologies, and toolsOutstanding verbal and written communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills; proficient at creating and presenting information in a timely and effective manner to senior leadersAbility to work with and manage stakeholders up, down, and across the organizationBachelor's degree or equivalentChange management certifications preferred (e.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
