Staff The Adolescent and Family Therapist provides direct care for patients with eating disorders under the supervision of the Program DirectorHours/Shift:
Full-Time; 40h/week position (5 days/week - one of those days must be Saturday)Schedule will also include at least one evening/week
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting, preferably in an eating disorders program Minimum of 1 year's experience working with families in a mental health setting Independent or provisional license; preferred Current CPR certification Must have strong clinical, organizational and communication skills Must possess knowledge of psychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior/crisis managementRequired competencies:
Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently Ability to multi-task in a changing and fast paced mental health environment Ability to work in a highly collaborate, team environment Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Responsibilities:
