As transformation manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering change initiatives across the business, working in partnership with business owners and key stakeholders.
You will provide expertise in recommending, influencing, and facilitating organizational, business, and process change throughout the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging large-scale transformation initiatives, defining and leading projects focused on business growth, customer centricity, productivity, engagement, and cost-effectivenessTranslating enterprise strategies into portfolio/product, enterprise, or functional strategiesPartnering with stakeholder management and promoting transparency and collaboration across all stakeholders, functions, and external vendorsLeading reporting and monitoring elements, including initiative plansCreating interaction models (RAPID), budgets, KPIs, resource demand, and capacity planningConsulting with business partners to clarify and define complex transformation requirements, budgets, and business casesDriving the delivery of transformation initiatives with strategic impact on business, ensuring that business benefits are realizedCollecting data and analyzing the efficiency of existing business processes to recommend improvementsCore Strengths and SkillsAt least 10 years of strategy and transformation leadership experience in technology, operations, or financial servicesProven effective collaborator with high execution quotient, operating in a fast-moving, matrixed, relationship-focused environment; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving strategiesAbility to collect, analyze, and summarize data and prepare clear, concise reportsExperience managing large and complex multiyear initiativesMBA preferredHave we piqued your curiosity? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
