Part-Time The Office Manager job will require two days (approximately 16 hours) of in-office work each week, with the potential to grow to three days per week.
Ultimately, this will become a full-time position but not within the foreseeable future.
Basic Qualifications 3
years of experience in an office manager, administrative assistant, or related role with responsibilities in general staff and administrative support, file management, supply ordering, scheduling, data entry, and other related tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact positively with executives and employees at all levels.
An energetic, team-oriented professional who is passionate about doing whatever is needed to help the organization! Preferred Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Teams, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.
Familiarity with public procurement, human resources, and/or accounting practices.
Passion for work that benefits the public good.
