Our technicians are licensed as commercial pesticide applicators in several areas of the pest control industry by the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Department of Food and Agriculture Pesticide Bureau.
This also includes a Problem Animal Control service technician licensed with the Massachusetts Division of Fishery and Wildlife.
NW Pest Control uses the latest and most environmentally friendly techniques to remove all pests in your home or office with minimal disruptions to your day to day life.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management - Multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Sales experience is preferred but not required - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
