8K a year Surgisite Boston seeks a caring individual with excellent customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail to assist the Surgical Coordinator in scheduling of surgical and laser procedures for all members of the medical staff.
This position also covers the front desk receptionist at times of need.
Located at a Ambulatory Surgery Center in Waltham.

Updates EMR and schedules 2.
Maintains appointment schedule in database, modifying times as requested by doctors and facility 3.
Answer incoming telephone calls, greet and check in patients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner 4.
Prepare paperwork for next day surgery, confirm patient appointments by telephone when needed 5.
Works alongside Surgical Coordinator to book surgical cases and prepare paperwork from surgeons offices for upcoming surgeries 6.
Facilitates Interpretive Services for patients 7.
This position works at computer station for extended periods of time 8.
