  • Experience in managing and supervising associate attorneys and support staff.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analysis.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and values of the legal profession.
  • Experience with case management software and legal technology tools preferred.
  • Strong networking and business development skills, with a focus on expanding the firm's client base and referral network.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
