What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated success in generating and maintaining a portable book of business.
- All practice areas will be considered.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in managing and supervising associate attorneys and support staff.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analysis.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and values of the legal profession.
- Experience with case management software and legal technology tools preferred.
- Strong networking and business development skills, with a focus on expanding the firm's client base and referral network.
