We're looking for a Sales Administrator who is committed to delivering superior customer service.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for guest interaction and satisfaction, and must be able to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.
Responsibilities & Focus ? Support local office operations by maintaining office systems ? Maintain local inventory for new, used, demonstration, and service equipment ? Coordinate items for service from customer through repair and return to the customer ? Responsible for branding and preparing sales items before delivery/shipment ? Process A/R payments through electronic deposits ? Support the sales team with documentation and information as needed ? Greet walk-in customers Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
