Junior Inside Sales Representative
Our client is an established and fast-growing internet company transforming family legal services by driving complexity, expense and time out of the legal process. Their team is hard working, fun, and has prior experience with some of the most successful Internet companies. They work with individuals in all states and are looking for energetic, competitive and coachable people to join our team.
The purpose of this position is to help potential customers to become familiar with their products and services. The sales team handles incoming calls from potential customers and follows up on online appointment requests. Sales team members also make outgoing calls to follow up on online leads and scheduled appointments. Sales team members work to resolve questions in a timely manner by listening and verifying the customer's needs and wishes; determining the root of the problem; selecting the best solution to solve the problem; following up when necessary; and close the sale with potential customers.
Our client is looking for success driven, motivated individuals who don't settle for average salaries. Compensation includes a base salary and a generous commission schedule. Paid training will be provided.
Duties Include:
o Communicating via phone and email with potential customers in response to product inquiries.
o Consistently meet or exceed quota-based performance metrics as defined by the company while contributing to overall team goals
o Contributing to team effort by answering customer phone calls in a timely manner and by completing all duties as assigned.
o Performing other administrative duties as directed.
Mandatory
computer
Skills: Data entry, Excel, Word. Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is a plus.
Experience: Customer service, collections, sales, or telemarketing experience in a high volume call center environment.
Characteristics: Problem solving skills. Pleasant telephone manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure that all are completed in a timely manner.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
