Identify situations that require escalation as per defined policy.
Required Skills
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, call center experience a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent

Written communication - the individual edits work for spelling and grammar.
Interpersonal skills - the individual speaks clearly and confidently, and with empathy and understanding of the members'situation, whether positive or negative.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
