We're looking for an evangelist, an entrepreneur, and a self-starter to build, develop, and manage a Lead Passing Program for our channel partners program, known as Solution Providers, to increase Constant Contact's channel partner sales in the U.S. markets and internationally. In addition, the Manager, Channel Enablement, Lead Passing and Services will serve as a cross functional PMO to coordinate the launch of the Services and Lead Passing strategy.

What You'll Do:
Lead Passing
Own the Solution Providers Lead Passing program design and execution inclusive of overall revenue productivity
Fully develop and operationalize the different types of lead passing programs with strategic internal partners such as CRM and Channel Enablement and Training
Formalize guidelines and structure for Solution Providers participating in the Lead Passing Program in collaboration with key stakeholders and support teams to support system effectiveness and development of materials for Solution Providers enrolled in the Lead Passing Program
Develop campaigns to drive leads into the partner pipeline
Establish, track, and report out all metrics associated with the Lead Passing Program

Services PMO
Act as short term project manager for all services' initiatives and serve as primary owner when the Service Lead Passing Program is fully scaled
Serve as project manager and liaison for leads between the Product Marketing Organization and the Solution Provider Organization in order to assist in the definition of service packages, develop and administer any short term, small-scale manual lead pass tests, and help to define the guidelines for the service lead passing program Financial rewards

What You Know:
BA/BS and 8-10 years' experience ideally within channel marketing, channel operations, product marketing, and/or lead passing with an emphasis on understanding the end user and customer/market demands
Demonstrated ability to project manage a cross functional team
High energy to drive initiatives and thrive in a collaborative team environment
Understanding of small business services and services delivery experience is a huge plus!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
