The Content Designer and Outside Training Specialist is responsible for designing training content and delivering instructor-led classes (Boot Camps), as well as live/recorded webinars for customers that use Constant Contact's products and tools. This position requires strong skills in both instructional design and facilitation. The position requires extensive travel.
What You'll Do:
Project manage, design and update class materials for all Paid Education classes including: slides, handouts and follow-up materials
Partner with product marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure the Constant Contact vision and branding is carried out through the design of class materials and the positioning used by all trainers
Facilitate train-the-trainer workshops on new products, feature enhancements and positioning changes
Facilitate learning using verbal and written instruction, demonstration of skills and concepts, and providing hands-on exercises for Constant Contact customers
Tailor the training environment and offerings to the unique needs of each audience and translates Constant Contact's organizational culture into training mechanisms
Coach and mentor attendees during trainings to develop and improve product confidence and performance and answers attendee questions appropriately
Use multiple types of audio-visual equipment, software, and technical tools to facilitate and design effective learning in the classroom and virtually
Address direct customer inquiries via email and phone regarding all Paid Education classes
Create monthly surveys for instructor-led and web based training sessions. Manage survey questions for all Paid Education classes to facilitate program improvement and customer satisfaction
Analyze survey results on a monthly basis. Calculate NPS scores for each program offered and use customer feedback to make content changes.
Develop new content and update existing content for web based training sessions. Also assist in the facilitation and moderation of web based sessions
Travel up to 50% of the time while participating in training activities, both as an attendee and instructor
What You Already Know:
Bachelor's degree in related field
5
years' experience designing and delivering instructor led training and/or eLearning
Exceptional project and program management, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with multiple departments across sites and levels of management
Strong relationship building, teamwork/collaboration with managers and SMEs
Experience with various eLearning tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Brainshark, etc)
Experience with virtual synchronous learning tools (Adobe Connect, GoTo Webinar, & WebEx)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
