Constant Contact is looking for a dynamic and driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to plan, run, and analyze marketing campaigns that help Small Businesses and Non-Profit grow their business. We're looking for an expert who knows how to optimize at every stage of the funnel and has in-depth knowledge of strategies for pay-per-click, social network, and display advertising. This position will report directly to the Director of Product Management and will play a key role in developing effective and scalable acquisition marketing solutions for Constant Contact's customers.

What you'll do:
Be the Small Business advocate who knows everything about who they are and how they can reach new customers through online advertising.
Plan and execute innovative acquisition marketing campaigns on their behalf that will drive high value results through social network, display, and search advertising.
Carry out split tests and multivariate tests on campaign targeting and conversion funnels.
Use customer and campaign data from internal systems and partners to drive new, innovative ways to improve campaign success
Work with our Product and Customer Success teams to scale up the creation and management of marketing campaigns for a variety of content types and verticals
Help develop and coach junior marketing team members as our team grows and volume of campaigns increases.

What you know:
The nuts and bolts of creating and optimizing acquisition marketing campaigns on social platforms, display networks, and search engines, acquired through 2
years of relevant experience doing direct-response marketing.
How to experiment and draw actionable insights from complex data sets
How to stretch a buck. Our goal is to help small businesses with small spend find big results at scale.
Enough HTML and Photoshop skills that you can create and edit assets for campaigns
How to identify and collaborate with wide variety of vendors and partners
