Dedication to software craftsmanship and shipping quality products
Senior Level Ruby developer with a focus on web applications
Experience working on software-as-a-service essential
Ability to jump in and contribute
Experience with Ruby-based test frameworks: RSpec, Shoulda, Test::Unit, Cucumber
Javascript: The Good Parts
Relational database knowledge and experience
Commitment to traversing the whole stack: client-side through the persistence layer
Actively experimenting with new technologies

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
