Constant Contact is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst for our Analytic Technology Solutions team. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high quality Business Intelligence solutions while building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the company. This role requires the person be an experienced business lead with deep hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and Analytic solutions.
Responsibilities Include
Work with business users to understand their needs, identify, validate and prioritize business requirements.
Provide valuable input into BI development plans and roadmaps
Perform data analysis required to support the team's ongoing design and development efforts
Provide input into the BI data model design
Develop and maintain the solution's data dictionary, data mappings, and business rules
Develop and execute BI test plans and ensure user adoption of our BI solutions
Develop and maintain ad-hoc analyses for business partners using BI tools
Requirements
5
years' experience delivering best-in-class business intelligence solutions
A team player with strong analytical and project management skills
A problem-solving mindset, the individual should be highly motivated, self-directed, and able to adjust to a fast-paced environment
Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, data transformation, and quality assurance plans
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Experience in the development of solutions with leading BI tools, such as Cognos.
Experience in data analysis to support development and testing efforts, with extensive knowledge of SQL
Experience with process improvement

Experience with IBM Information Server suite of products
Experience performing in an Agile SCRUM, self-managed team environment
Experience enabling and supporting data governance programsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
