The ideal candidate will have experience with the following
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field with 4
years of experience in a global high tech/software environment-Professional certification in human resources preferred, but not required. This person will be handling the recruiting, benefits, employee relations and HRBP responsibilities.
Highly Desired Skills:
Ability to manage change in a rapidly growing technology company
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence, coach and facilitate
Strong understanding of process development
Strong problem solving skills
