Marketing Systems Manager (contract position)

This role would be responsible for supporting and administering key marketing systems/applications to drive increased operational success/efficiency across Sales & Marketing functions. The candidate will be required to gain deep end-to-end understanding of our marketing processes and the underlying systems (Aprimo) with a focus on ongoing optimization. They will need to enable and leverage the systems/applications capabilities to support various marketing initiatives across the Sales & Marketing Organization in an effort to deliver rapid results.
Key responsibilities would include:
Understanding technical requirements from the stakeholders in partnership with the Marketing Automation team and then working with the technical teams to ensure the system can deliver on those requirements (includes scoping and documenting the requirements)
Lead and or coordinate ongoing optimization efforts for marketing processes and systems across the organization
Assisting in the build out of the system to support new teams within Sales and Marketing Organization
Assist key stakeholders to implement automation programs of customer facing outreach programs.
Working within Sales & Marketing Operations and with the CRM team on projects that span Aprimo and other systems (i.e. SFDC, Prospect Tracker)
Supporting the Marketing Automation team to ensure the system has all fields needed to build out campaigns
Testing new fields and other system updates/changes to ensure that the business use cases and requirements are met, includes data validation to ensure that the values in the field are correct
Working on special projects and serve as the SME on the marketing systems across the organization
Supporting day-to-day operations of Marketing Operations team
Projects might include (but not limited to this list):
Reviewing current QA process and optimizing and then formalizing with the team
Getting Aprimo campaign data into SFDC for direct/indirect sales to leverage
Research Mobile trends, impact of Gmail changes for OUR mailings, etc.
Enabling Progressive Profiling
Evaluating our current processes and practices against best practices and making recommendations where we could make improvements
Solid understanding of CRM/automation tools, Aprimo preferred (two years in- depth experience preferred).
Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with multiple teams including CRM, Sales, and Marketing.
Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building and support skills.
Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and creative problem solving skills.

This is a contract role, 35 hours a week.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
