Channel Account Partner Manager - (North America/Latin America)

We are looking for a Bi-Lingual Channel Champion (Spanish and English) to drive new partner relationships in North and Latin America. Do you have experience working with channel resell partners and developing programs to increase channel sales? Are you passionate about small business success? If so, then you may be our next Channel Account Partner Manager. Constant Contact is looking for a smart, motivated professional to be responsible for helping to acquire new resellers through our existing partner channel.
Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to identify, recruit and develop prospective high value reseller/channel partners in North America and Latin America
Compile sales forecasts and prepare status reports on a regular basis
Motivate current channel partners to identify and develop new sales opportunities amongst their clients and prospects
Become an expert in engagement marketing
Enlighten channel partners with the positioning and sale of Constant Contact products through online and onsite presentations and demonstrations
Assist with managing the forward financial planning for select channel partners, including revenue goals and commitments and renewal rates
Identify the needs of named channel partners to Constant Contact Management
Work collaboratively with marketing and other channels to implement and execute the channel partnership
Assist managing multiple cross-product opportunities and projects
Work with cross-functional teams ( i.e. marketing, creative, content, billing, web reply, engineering, legal) to ensure partner's ongoing success
Develop and monitor partner KPI metrics post contract execution
Coordinate logistics for seminars, events and conferences with Field team both domestically and internationally
Facilitate launching of marketing and sales programs and products from the US into Mexico and Latin America focusing on new partner and customer acquisition.
Coordinate for service, support and training, as applicable, for products support in Mexico and Latin America
Work with BD Director to assist with Finance/Legal on development of pricing programs, price schedules for consulting services and reseller agreements.
Leverage the resources of our field team to identify new business development opportunities
Proven top-performer in sales, selling a sophisticated service
3+ years of Channel sales experience in North and Latin America at a SAAS innovative online product environment.
Local territory sales background B2C is a plus
The ability to identify cross/upsell opportunities to an existing customer base
Experience working in a startup environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( Bi-Lingual - Spanish and English)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Very likeable and engaging with the ability to compel people to meet with you
Ability to spearhead business development and client retention efforts
Able to build relationships of mutual trust
A solid understanding of the industries issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Constant Contact's Solution Provider Channel's forward looking strategies within the marketplace
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com
Exceptional management and financial analysis skills - must be able to build business models based to support partnership expansion
Must possess the following attributes to be successful: driven, competitive, positive attitude, team player, extraordinary enthusiasm, adaptable and persistent
Ability to make sound business decisions independently
Ability to travel extensively in Latin America
BA or BS in business or related degree, MBA preferred
Sales training certification (is a plus)
English and Spanish fluency required; (spoken and written.) Portuguese fluency a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
