HSA Operations Manager
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the back-office workflow of the various support services units within Alegeus as it pertains to Health Savings Accounts. Candidate must be goal oriented and have highly developed leadership and managements skills. Candidate must be creative, detailed oriented, highly organized and motivated to meet the growing needs of our organization.
Job Duties:
Provide oversight and operational management ensuring that WCSS HSA Back Office is operating within all parameters and guidelines as outlined by the company policies and practices.
Acts as a liaison and critical link within Alegeus Operations, Compliance and all internal product areas.
Manage and maintain strong client relationships and provide a consistent quality level of service taking a proactive approach to identify and eliminate potential processing issues
Stay abreast of current legislation, developments, and conditions that may affect HSA workflow within Alegeus' Banking client-base.
Provide guidance and support to the back-office team responsible for maintaining daily operations and continually assess and align procedures and streamline workflow that impact operational process with the end result being increased efficiency
Apply banking knowledge to work within organization and with vendors to enhance systems and performance.
Aid in coordinating review of self-assessment and other tools used by internal and external auditors and examiners to ensure any issues identified are immediately resolved.
Develop and train staff through monthly operations meeting
Responsible for identifying any escalating areas of risk and or system inefficiencies.
.Responsible for the management of projects associated with development of new products and services and software conversions.
Manage ongoing quality recordkeeping including implementing data collections analysis and management reporting
Provide adhoc reporting as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 3-5 years of management experience with a minimum of 5 years in Retail Banking in multiple processing environments -managing back-office support functions of HSAs a plus.
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Strong technology skills- experience in WealthCare Administration system a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to meet tight deadlines and have an execution-focused approach.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
