DealerRater is looking for talented customer service professionals to join our Client Services team! Our team's goal is to provide top-notch service to DealerRater's rapidly growing client base including car dealerships, website visitors, and our internal sales staff. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position in downtown Waltham, right off Moody Street.
Responsibilities:
o Provide exceptional customer service to our dealer clients, website visitors and sales team via phone and email
o Advise customers on DealerRater products, features and best practices
o Respond and own customer issues and escalate to appropriate channels when needed
o Work through support tickets, customer communications and resolutions using Salesforce
o Interface and collaborate with other internal teams when appropriate
Experience, skills and education:
o Sincere interest in solving problems for clients, and enthusiasm in helping customers be successful!
o Associate's degree or equivalent (additional work experience may be substituted for degree) and some customer facing experience
o Experience using web-based software, search engines and social media
o Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
o Attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
o Professional phone demeanor
o Proficient user of Microsoft Office
o Working knowledge of Salesforce is not required, but a plus

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
