Analyze user requirements to develop, implement, and support company systems and software, translating those requirements in to customized solutions. Design, develop and implement, a strategy for delivering the company's products. Responsible for documenting technical requirements, demonstrating the software and unit testing the solution. Monitor the progress of the technical work stream and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful resolution of issues timely and of high quality. Communicate technical issues with minimal direction and guidance. Be the technical liaison between the business experts and the project team members. Recommend and help customers understand how application can be best changed, designed and/or configured technically to meet a customer business requirement. Support functional team through Triaging and Technical analysis to Issue resolution. Help drive resolution according to the established policies and practices of the organization. Coordinate and drive work with technical counterparts from partner firms and client or offshore teams. Assist with reviewing the quality of the work completed with the technical team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the support standards and SLAs. Ensure that the technical deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality as established during the planning phase. Evaluate customer data, and the fitness of that data for company applications. Identify business and technical issues throughout the project that could impact requirements, scope, or schedule and work with the project manager to identify potential solutions. Work with the technical team members during the construction and test phases of the project to clarify issues, manage and document changes. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. REQUIREMENTS: Position requires Position requires Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related technical field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
