Process & Tooling Validation Manager - Injection Molding

Experience with inspecting and approving injection molding processes and tooling capabilities for contract plastic molded component manufacturing.
Shall:
Interface with customers, suppliers and engineers and determine acceptable mold and tooling design, product quality requirements and material requisition needs.
Develop and oversee implementation of SOPs into injection molding activities for unique customer orders.
Must Haves:
Strong knowledge of Validation procedures including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

years experience process engineering or validation for injection molding facilities.
Familiarity with statistical problem solving and analytical techniques.
Technical knowledge of injection molding for thermoplastics and silicone.
