As a Senior Account Manager with Bowdoin Technology Partners, you will primarily sell project/contract based technology recruiting solutions to cutting edge startups and high growth, large enterprises across all industry sectors throughout the Northeast. You will be responsible growing and maintaining an existing client base as well as continuously developing new business with clients. In doing this, you will have the opportunity to take on some of our current accounts to build up your book of business while also being responsible for penetrating new accounts.
We'll provide the training, tools and support you need to be a successful Senior Account Manager with Bowdoin Technology Partners. You will be involved in the full sales cycle, from client business development, sales strategies, business qualification, negotiation, contract completion, and continuous relationship development. You will be challenged to grow your skills and expand your network and clientele while being financially rewarded for your hard work and success. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure continued success and repeatable business
Manage a significant book of business and deliver consistently to achieve established metrics, goals and quotas
Execute meetings with members of client management on all levels to qualify new and existing business
Identify client initiatives and propose strategies for acquiring staffing business.
Effectively qualify client needs and communicate staffing priorities to recruiting team
Collaborate with recruiting team to place top quality candidates quickly and efficiently
Negotiate contract terms and billing rates with clients within Company framework/guidelines
Be mission-focused, accountable to goals and be viewed as a leader by the entire BTP team
Collaborate with management and sales to identify industry trends and new opportunities within the market
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, the Senior Account Manager background will include:

years' experience in a professional sales role or someone who is passionate about technology with the desire to begin a career in sales
Demonstrated success in achieving goals
High energy, enthusiastic and team oriented
Experience in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor's Degree
