POSITION: Sales Manager
DUTIES:
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services. Oversee designers and sales staffs for sales related issues. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Determine short and long term price schedules and discount rates. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. Confer or consult with designers to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products and services. Confer with potential customers regarding products and services and advise customers on types of products and services to purchase.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business Administration
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week: 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
