About the Position:


Development of clear and concise construction standards, code compliant procedures and safe work methods for enterprise wide application, Drive the organization to formally consolidate consistent work practices and procedures in all regions, Provide enterprise wide support for the implementation of new or updated standards, procedures, work practices and best practice dissemination. Assure effective and timely development of change management plans for policy changes in concert with technical learning and process owners. Provide effective and timely technical support to the operating organizations and process owners through coordination of incident investigations and process audit recommendations.


Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience Required:



  • Extensive field experience and/or a Bachelors degree from an ABET accredited engineering school preferred.

  • 5
    years of natural gas engineering or gas distribution experience preferred. A broad background in operating and/or engineering areas of the Natural Gas business unit. Demonstrated technical writing ability; specialized skills in human factors preferred.

  • Strong communications skills, negotiating skills, presentation skills, project management skills, critical thinking and analysis. Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders (e.g., both external and internal), Knowledge and experience with web based and network applications. Exhibits personal commitment and integrity. Familiarity with federal, state and local gas transmission and distribution regulations and codes. Familiarity with ASTM, ANSI, ASME, API and various industry standards.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
