Looking for another working professional or a student to rent a spacious room in my spacious 1700 sq. ft. house that has five bedrooms. Currently the roommates are all guys who are working professionals in their mid 20s. The rent is $1150/month, with all utilities included (include heating oil, water, sewer, trash, electricity and internet). All tenants will be sharing 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is washer and dryer in the house, plenty of off street parking with an oversized private back yard. This is a non-smoking, no drugs, and no pets house. Also, the house is in a family neighborhood and noise and parties are not tolerated. Looking for a decent person who is courteous, clean, and pays rent on time. The house is about 10-15 minutes walk to Bentley University and an easy drive to Brandeis University. The location is an easy access into Boston and other towns. Must have good credit and income to qualify. All prospective tenants will be thoroughly screened. One month security deposit, first and last month are required.
